Filiz Isabela Ziya

Integrative Health, Orthomolecular Medicine and Adjunctive Cancer Care

Filiz works in integrative health with a focus on nutrition, orthomolecular approaches, and adjunctive cancer support. She provides guidance for mental health concerns, including ADHD, and incorporates CBT- informed strategies, suicide prevention awareness, and brief support psychotherapy.

She also works with individuals, seeking support for weight management, autoimmune conditions, and overall lifestyle change. Helping clients build sustainable habits that support long-term wellness and balance.

With a strong sense of purpose and dedication to helping others, Filiz brings compassion, expertise and a thoughtful approach to her work, supporting individuals on their journey toward improved health, peace and focus. Outside of her professional work, Filiz is also a published children’s book author with books, available in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
